Gone are the days when bigger boobs were the standard of sexy. Now, it’s all about the Kim Kardashian booty and ever since celebrities started showing off their rear ends, the world has become obsessed with becoming bootylicious.

Obsessed booty fans may think that getting a butt surgery or using butt enhancers are the only way to make you bootylicious. This is not true because there are natural ways to enhance the growth rate of your booty.

There are two ways to naturally enhance your butt – the resistance phase or the butt exercises and the recovery phase or the butt-friendly food you need to eat. As there are already a lot of booty workouts available and not much written about the foods, this will be the focus of this article, as inspired by the Shakira booty diet.

BUTT-ENHANCING FOOD #1: Protein Power

If you are trying to incorporate butt exercises too, then the more that you should be consuming protein as this will help in the building and repairing of your muscles.

It is recommended to eat around 15 to 30 grams of protein per meal and a good protein shake to make your booty big and happy. Good sources of protein include:

  • Eggs
  • Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Salmon
  • Tuna
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Turkey
  • Beans & Legumes

Start replacing all your butter and white breads for whole wheat bread. The great thing about whole wheat is that it’s healthier when compared to other breads.

Some of the most popular bread in the grocery store are made with natural grains, which is a very beneficial source of fiber and complex carbs. Good sources of these include:
