How to Get Rid of Cellulite in Your Booty

Do you hate wearing your bikinis during summer for fear that people will see your orange peel behind? You’re in luck because that is how every woman feels about flaunting their rear end cellulite… well, maybe except people blessed with Meagan Good booty.

Fortunately, there are effective ways to get rid of your booty cellulite through the combination of exercise, healthy eating, detoxification, and skincare methods. It can be a lot but at the end of the day, do you want to keep those mushy buggers?

Smoothie Diet: Butt experts like dietitians and trainers are now focusing on a smoothie or juice diet for butt cellulite reduction. Smoothies can be prepared with fresh yogurt, berries, citrus fruits, almonds etc. They retain the goodness and nutrients of the fruits and vegetables and are delicious too. The easiest detoxification method that helps to reduce the cellulite on your butt and thighs, is dry brushing. You need to brush the entire body and focus on the areas that have more cellulite concentration such as your booty. This can improve the blood circulation and can release fat stores from the butt. Take a shower after this to release the toxins. Try applying scrubs in the buttock areas at least once in a week to release more fat stores.

The quickest way to rid of your booty cellulite is through the use of skin care products or going to a spa to indulge in a booty massage. By using firm cellulite serum and butt exfoliator, the fat cells near the skin are dispersed and spread out. Look for products that have the following ingredients: horse chestnut to improve circulation and caffeine to firm and tighten the booty.

The same principle applies to massage, through the use of oils and booty salts. Have the spa attendant rub some loving on your booty for a better rear end view.
